Order Processing

All products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before they are shipped.

Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on the product, production partner, and destination. Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days after production, though shipping may take longer during holidays or periods of high demand.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the items in your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@norsefisher.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll work with our production partner to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
